Choose from our flash design gallery, from tiny tats to larger pieces, or let us help you design the perfect artwork for you! Bring your ideas to the consultation, from inspiration photos, to reference images, and be ready to discuss design details, size, placement of your tattoo, as well as pricing and budget. From here, we will choose an appointment time for your tattoo – including how long the appointment will be, securing your spot with a deposit.
Book a review appointment 3 days before your session to review the artwork for approval, and request any small tweaks or changes that are needed. If the artwork needs more than a few small changes, your appointment time may change, in order to give our artists the time needed to make those changes.
The day of your tattoo! We ask you to come to your appointment well rested, and with a good meal in your belly! Bring a drink so that you can stay hydrated during the appointment. Wear comfortable clothing and bring any comfort items with you that you may need to help you feel relaxed and at ease. We will ensure our space is a relaxing and welcoming environment. Your tattoo artist will ask your preference, prior to starting on whether you prefer talking, silence or music.
Placing the stencil is so important! We will print the stencil off at the correct size, and check with you that the size and placement meets your satisfaction. If the stencil needs to be moved, or made smaller or larger, that’s what we’ll do! Then, the tattoo process begins – the artist will have set up their space prior to your arrival, so once the stencil is on, the tattooing will start! They will also check in with you throughout the tattoo to ensure you are comfortable, and to find out if you need anything.
Once the tattoo is done, we will wash and wrap your tattoo to protect it from any dirt or bacteria. Our artists will send you home with aftercare instructions depending on if you get Blackbandage or Second Skin. They will also check in with you a few days after your tattoo to find out how it’s healing, and to see if you have any questions
If you need any touch ups, contact us within three months of the date of your tattoo, and we will touch it up, to ensure that it looks vibrant and beautiful for years to come! We also recommend using a quality moisturizer from now on, to keep your tattoo looking beautiful, and always apply sunscreen on your tattoo before going out into the sun. Your journey doesn’t end when you walk out the door – it’s just the beginning of a great piece of art that you will proudly carry with you for the rest of your life!
